On the first Wednesday of every month, join the Fredhead's at The Atkinson for a wonderful night of live acoustic music.

Max and Veronica
This will be the third time that the brilliant Max de Bernadi and Veronia Sbergia will have performed at Grateful Fred's and it is fair to say that they are two of Grateful Fred's absolute favourite musicians and people.
If you have not been lucky enough to see and hear Max and Veronica perform before then I promise you this is one concert…NOT TO MISS!
If you have seen Max and Veronica perform before then I do not have to tell you that this will be one of the highlights of the year at Grateful Fred's.
"Good time blues is alive and well and residing in… Milan, Italy. A band with a mission" – Folk & Roots Magazine
Veronica and Max passionately play country blues and ragtime, hokum, jug band and rural music from the 20's and 30's.
They like to keep this precious musical heritage alive, faithfully reproducing its original sound whilst playing it with a modern twist.
Using strictly acoustic instruments such as ukulele, washboard, kazoo, resophonic guitars and double bass their passion for this music is perfectly represented on their last CD "Old Stories For Modern Times".
You will undoubtedly have one of the best evenings of great live acoustic music that you will remember for a long time..
Come and join us. You will not be disappointed.
Donna Marie
Grateful Fred is delighted to welcome, for the first time, another friend of his, singer-songwriter Donna Marie.
"One of the most underrated artists in the UK scene who deserves a lot more recognition for the work she does. If you get the chance… go and see her." – Voice Of A Woman
Donna Marie is a prolific songwriter who performs in some of the most prestigious clubs, theatres and auditoriums throughout the UK.
Her songs and performances elicit great reviews and we are so pleased that she will be bringing her songs and some of her musicians to Grateful Fred's.
Opening the show will be:
